We started BambooBaby with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals happier and loyal customers. Delivery In The UK:​


​We deliver all over the UK. Items are delivered within 3 to 5 business days.

  • Orders under £60 carry a delivery cost of £5.00. 

  • Orders over £60 are delivered for free.

Delivery To Europe:


​We deliver to many countries in Europe. You can view the full list at checkout. We use premium postage starting from as little as £5.00 and gives you step-by-step tracking and insurance up to £130. We offer free shipping on orders over £60 for select countries in Europe. View rates at checkout.

Delivery To The Rest Of The World:


​We use premium postage, which includes step-by-step tracking, from as little as £9.00. View rates at checkout.



We want you to love our BambooBaby clothing as much as we do, so in the case that you need to change an item for a different size or style, you may do so within 14 days of receipt. The item must be in brand new condition, unwashed and unworn, in original packaging with all labels intact. 

You shall bear the cost of returning the goods and we reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.

More Details


Exchange: Once we receive the goods back in their original resaleable condition your exchange will be processed.  You will receive a unique code via email, that you can use on our website to repurchase another item to the value of the goods returned.

Refund: Once we receive the goods back in their original resaleable condition, we’ll reimburse you within 14 days less the cost of postage. You are liable for the post and packaging costs and this amount will be deducted from the refund amount (this includes orders where free or subsidised postage are applied).


We advise that you use tracked delivery for returns as we cannot be held responsible for the non-arrival of returned goods. 

Note: Any orders received after 14 days will not be processed through our returns system.


Damaged or Faulty Goods

Our products are quality checked before dispatch. Please inspect your order on delivery and if there is an issue contact us at so we can resolve the issue. Damages, defects, missing items or any errors not reported within 7 days of receipt will not be accepted for return. In the unlikely event that a product you purchase from us is faulty or damaged we will make arrangements for a full refund, or a replacement to be delivered to you free of charge. Please ensure you contact us prior to returning.

We will exchange or refund goods within 14 days of receiving returns. Please note there can be a processing time on card refunds depending on which card provider has been used.
