Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your BambooBaby order, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about returns, exchanges, and refunds.

  • You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

    • Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn

    • Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags attached

    • Items must be returned in a resaleable condition

     

    We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if items are returned worn, damaged, or in an unsaleable condition.

    Returns requested or received outside the 14 day period may not be accepted.

    We’ll provide clear instructions on how to return your item.

    Please note:

    • BambooBaby is based in Ireland, and return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, including for UK and international orders

    • We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit

  • Exchanges
    Once your returned item has been received and approved, your exchange will be processed.

    You’ll receive a unique code by email which can be used on our website to place a new order to the value of the returned item.

    Refunds
    Once your return has been received and approved, we’ll process your refund within 14 days.

    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

    • Return postage costs are not refundable

    • Where free or subsidised delivery was applied, the original delivery cost may be deducted from the refund

    • Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your card provider

    Promotional Orders
    If your order included a promotion or discount, returns may result in the adjustment or removal of that promotion.

    For example, if a bundle or build a bundle discount was applied and part of the order is returned, the remaining items will revert to their standard price, and the refund will reflect this adjustment.

    Refunds are always based on the final price paid.

  • All BambooBaby products are quality checked before dispatch. Please inspect your order upon arrival.

    If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@bamboobaby.co.uk within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

    In the unlikely event that a product is confirmed as faulty, we’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return postage where applicable.

    Please contact us before returning any faulty items so we can assist you.
